Terms of Use - Kyber Club

Experimental Quantum-Safe Cryptography Tools

Introduction

Welcome to the Terms of Use for Kyber Club, an experimental platform providing quantum-safe cryptography tools compliant with NIST standards FIPS 203 (ML-KEM), FIPS 204 (ML-DSA), and FIPS 205 (SPHINCS+). These terms govern your use of our website and tools located at https://kyber.club. By accessing or using Kyber Club, you agree to these terms in full.

Experimental Nature of Kyber Club

Kyber Club is designed as an experimental platform for exploring and testing post-quantum cryptography (PQC) algorithms, including ML-KEM, ML-DSA, and SPHINCS+. These algorithms, while compliant with NIST FIPS 203, 204, and 205, are still subject to ongoing testing, cryptanalysis, and refinement by the cryptographic community. As such, Kyber Club is intended solely for research, educational, and experimental purposes.

Warning: Kyber Club and its tools are not intended for use in mission-critical systems, production environments, or any scenario where the security, integrity, or availability of data is paramount. Users should exercise caution and assume that these implementations may contain undiscovered vulnerabilities or limitations.

Use at Your Own Risk

Kyber Club is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Santosh Pandit, the architect of Kyber Club, and any contributors do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, security, or performance of the tools provided.

You acknowledge that your use of Kyber Club is at your own risk. We strongly recommend that you do not rely on Kyber Club for protecting sensitive or critical data in real-world applications until PQC algorithms are fully standardized, thoroughly tested, and widely accepted by the cryptographic community.

No Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Santosh Pandit and Kyber Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its tools. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree that any use of the tools - such as generating keys, encrypting data, signing messages, or verifying signatures - is done with the understanding that no liability will be assumed by Kyber Club or its creator for any errors, security breaches, or failures that may occur.

Intellectual Property

All content, tools, and source code provided by Kyber Club, unless otherwise noted, are the intellectual property of Santosh Pandit and are protected by copyright © 2025. You may use the tools for personal, non-commercial experimentation, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission, except as permitted by applicable open-source licenses (e.g., for liboqs components).

Third-Party Components

Kyber Club relies on third-party libraries, such as liboqs, which are subject to their own licensing terms and ongoing development. We do not control or endorse these components beyond their integration into our platform, and their use is also experimental in nature.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Kyber Club after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
