About

I'm Santosh Pandit, the creator of Kyber Club, a platform dedicated to advancing quantum-safe computing. Based in London, I hold a senior management role at the Bank of England within the Prudential Regulation Authority, focusing on cyber and operational resilience, risk management, and regulatory compliance. My passion for cybersecurity—particularly in post-quantum cryptography—led me to develop kyber.club as a personal initiative to explore and promote solutions for a quantum future. This platform, along with my other laboratories like hard.email, is part of my private infrastructure for academic experiments.

About Santosh

I hold a Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India, which laid the foundation for my career in technology and risk management. With decades of experience in the private sector—spanning banking, insurance, and asset management—and as a regulator since 2010, I’ve developed expertise in risk management, technology, regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, applied cryptography, and operational resilience. Beyond Kyber Club, I’ve authored works like Cyber Landscape in 2035 and created initiatives such as hard.email, aiming to build one of the world’s most secure mail servers, currently ranked second-best as of March 2025.

Explore Kyber Club

Kyber Club is a Proof of Concept (PoC) platform that implements NIST-approved post-quantum cryptography standards, including FIPS 203, FIPS 204, and FIPS 205. It offers practical tools to prepare users for a quantum-ready world: a cryptographically secure random number generator powered by liboqs and /dev/urandom, a SPHINCS+ key pair generator at security level 5 (256-bit), and the world’s first online converter for generating public keys from SPHINCS+ private keys, launched on March 10, 2025. These tools, designed and tested by me, aim to educate and empower individuals and organizations to safeguard data against future quantum threats.

SPHINCS+ is a quantum-safe digital signature algorithm standardized by FIPS 205, providing robust security even against quantum computers. By leveraging these standards, Kyber Club ensures users can generate and manage quantum-resistant cryptographic keys and signatures, making it a pioneer in accessible post-quantum cryptography tools.
