How to Use This Tool

Use Scenario: Alice has a SPHINCS+ private key and needs its public key to share with others. She uses this tool (convert SPHINCS+ key) to generate the public key, then provides it to Bob. Bob can use it with our verification tool to check Alice's signed messages.
